just got back from a weekend in the mountains with my college roommates. we were beside ourselves realizing that this fall marks 20 years since we started college together and became friends in our freshman dorm. we spent the weekend in winter park and had a wonderful massage therapist come to the cabin and we all got massages….we named our newly found neighborhood moose “ivan” as he hung out in our front yard two nights in a row and luckily avoided eating my tulips that i planted last fall….and we had a great night at devil’s thumb ranch eating amazing food, enjoying the outdoor fire pit and watching all the local kids all dressed up for prom that night.
reminded us of our time together last year in saint louis!
ps. a little moose fact…they are so big and tall that they have to kneel down for their head’s to reach the shorter grass! i’ll have to post some more pictures i got of “ivan” last week…
